Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Thaw the frozen spinach and squeeze out all excess water using a dish towel or paper towels.
In a large bowl, combine softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise.
Stir in the minced garlic, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Adjust seasoning to taste.
Fold in the spinach, shredded mozzarella, and grated Parmesan cheese. Mix until evenly combined.
Transfer the mixture to an oven-safe dish. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden and bubbling. Alternatively, heat in a skillet on medium, stirring frequently, until warm and melty.
Serve warm with chips, bread, or vegetables.
