  • 10 oz frozen chopped spinach thawed, drained, and squeezed dry
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise optional
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese grated
  • salt & pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Thaw the frozen spinach and squeeze out all excess water using a dish towel or paper towels.
  • In a large bowl, combine softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise.
  • Stir in the minced garlic, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Adjust seasoning to taste.
  • Fold in the spinach, shredded mozzarella, and grated Parmesan cheese. Mix until evenly combined.
  • Transfer the mixture to an oven-safe dish. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden and bubbling. Alternatively, heat in a skillet on medium, stirring frequently, until warm and melty.
  • Serve warm with chips, bread, or vegetables.
